Overview

How do I create an Anima account?

Tap the Connect button on the Mirror page or attempt to purchase a Mirror and you’ll be prompted to enter an email address. We utilize Magic to offer passwordless account creation.

After entering your email address, you’ll receive an email asking you to tap a link from the same device.

Once you’ve done that, go back to the original browser window for the Anima site, and you’ll be logged in. We then ask you to create a username and (optionally) link a MetaMask wallet.

I have an issue with my account. Who do I contact?

We will try to help if you reach out to [email protected], although we cannot recover lost email addresses, wallets, or NFTs.

Payments

How do credit card payments work?

When offered for the project, we utilize Circle as our payment processor for credit card transactions, and because of the nature of digital purchases, we adhere to a 7-10 settlement period before minting tokens purchased via credit card, as our card processor advises this period to prevent fraud.

How do crypto transactions work for Mirror?

We offer a couple alternatives for crypto and non-crypto users.

We use Coinbase Commerce to accept crypto, including BTC, ETH, DAI, and USDC. When using a desktop browser with the MetaMask plugin, you should be able to use MetaMask directly to pay via the Coinbase pop-up. In other cases, you can send crypto to the wallet addresses specified by Coinbase or use your Coinbase balance directly.

Make sure you are sending crypto payments on main net, not Polygon, as we cannot retrieve funds from the Polygon network.
