Employees receive 20 days of PTO, with up to one week rolled over each year, and unlimited sick days. We’re also closed for all US federal holidays, including Juneteenth and Veterans Day, and the day after Thanksgiving.
In the winter, we fully close down for Winter Break from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day. In the summer, we end our workdays at 2pm on Summer Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
